Refund policy

 

We want every Dipsi Days piece to feel effortless, comfortable, and something you reach for without thinking.

If it’s not quite right, we’ll keep the process simple for you.

 

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Where a return label is arranged by Dipsi Days on the customer’s behalf, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by Dipsi Days.

 

Starting a Return

To request a return, please email support@dipsidays.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you would like to return
• The reason for your return

Once your return request has been approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning your item, including any return shipping details required.

Returned items should be sent back within 14 days of your return being approved.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, please return your item and place a new order.

If you’re returning one item from a Daily Duo purchase to order a different size, please contact us before placing your new order. We’ll provide a one-time discount code so you can retain your original Daily Duo savings where applicable.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after approval.

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
